Egg nog

4 cups ff milk
1 box ff sf vanilla pudding mix
1/4 splenda, or to taste
nutmeg, cinnamon to taste
2 capfuls of rum extract

blend the milk and the pudding mix, then blend in the extract and splenda and spices. refrigerate about 5 minutes until it gets thicker then blend again. do the same thing twice (so your blending a total of 3 times) and can do it only two but three just makes it so much more enjoyable!!    then when you want some more out of the fridge just mix it with a spoon or something so its not too thick…totally great recipe whoever thought of it
