Ricotta Apple Bake

I had about 1 1/2 cups of ff ricotta that I needed to use up so I mixed in 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Then I peeled and diced several Granny Smith apples and mixed with cinnamon, nutmeg, and splenda. I put the ricotta in the bottom of a pie plate and spread the apples over top (pressing them into the ricotta. Bake for about 35-40 minutes and the ricotta turns solid and the apples become soft.
