Crockpot Oats (like Rice Pudding)

2 cups rinsed steel-cut oats
1 can FF evaporated milk plus enough water to make 8 cups
1 tsp. cinammon, grated nutmeg (or your favorites)

Put in crockpot on “low” for 4 1/2 hours. Turn off and let sit for 15 minutes. Stir down sides, and bottom, completely. Portion/package and put in fridge or freezer
