Apple Crisp

Ingredients
4 small to medium apples
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup splenda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup melted non-fat margarine

Instructions
Peel, core and slice apples. Place in 8×8 baking pan, sprinkle with water. In a bowl, mix together oatmeal, splenda and cinnamon. Slowly add the melted margarine until the mixture forms clumps (you may not need all the margarine). Sprinkle over the top of the apple mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 375.
