Chicken Enchiladas

1 pint ff sour cream
1 can 98% cream of chicken soup
1 can rotel tomatoes with diced chilis
1 4oz can green chilis
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp garlic powder
Several chicken breasts, cooked and chopped up
Tortillas (corn fall apart easily so you might want flour but I used corn)
Shredded ff cheddar cheese (or soy cheese)
Green onions

Mix soup, sour cream, tomatoes, chilis and spices together and heat. Remove ½ the mixture and set aside. Add chicken. Stuff tortillas with chicken mixture and place in pan. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, olives and green onions.

Bake 350 degrees uncovered 20-30 minutes until bubbly
