Whole Wheat Muffins

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp table salt
1 egg
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup Mott’s Natural unsweetened Apple sauce
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar


Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.  Put 12 muffin cup liners into muffin pan. Fill cups until equal amounts in each muffin liner.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
