Artichoke Dip

1 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/2 cup reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts

Drain artichoke hearts but reserve liquid. Coarsely chop artichoke
hearts.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add enough of the reserved liquid
for
desired consistency. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve
with
crackers or raw vegetables.

Makes 12, 1pt Servings
